I was working at the old revenue building in Salem, Oregon. I worked in the basement that had no windows and only one way in or out. One day as I came down the elevator and the elevator door opened I saw through the glass door where I was to go a man dressed in black with a top hat on walk past the glass door inside.
It happened to be Friday so I thought he dressed up as from the olden days. I went in and was going to tell him that I liked his outfit. He was nowhere to be found. He was as solid as you and I.

When I was 15 my family moved into a house on cottage St. It is near the VFW directly across from the parking lot. It used to be white with blue trim but is now white with grey trim. From what we were told the house had been moved from the downtown area when they were doing expansions.
Anyways, the house always creeped me out. Late at night the upstairs bathroom light would come on, the toilet would flush, the sink handle would turn on. Then a flutter of the shower curtain and the shower would go on.
