My little sister and I would be in her room across the hall and watch as this happened. We did joke that the ghost in that house was at least a clean ghost. But I always felt like we were not supposed to be there, like something did not want us there.

I live on Phipps Circle in Salem, Oregon. My neighbors and I are experiencing abnormal things. In four of the units all of us have experienced the same things. Footsteps over our heads. Weird noises like knocking noises.

Toys that are turned off playing. Also we all wake up around the same time which is 3 am to 3:30 am. Some time I wake up coughing and can't get my breath. Like I'm being choked. My husband and I both have felt a touch on our shoulders and no one is there.

We also have cold spots in our home.

Interesting! I worked for a bit in the building across the street that is a fairly new building for a couple of years and while I was there I could swear there was some kind of entity there. Every evening (I worked swing shift) at about the same time I would get poked in the back or tapped on the shoulder and no one would be there.
When I was by myself in the building I could hear footsteps on our floor and on the floor above us too. Sometimes the door to our office would open and close on it's own too which is odd because you had to have a key to open that door from the outside.
