What I saw was a man (whom looked like he was from the late 1800's) with a long-ish beard and a three button down vest. My wife felt the same, that he had a long-ish beard and a three button down vest. She kept getting the name ''richard'' in her head, and that he was a ''blue-collar'' worker of some sort. To this point she hasn't had someone come through so clearly for her. I did some research on the history of the building the next day, and

what I found was a validation of what we had felt and saw the night before. Back in the late 1800's there was in fact a man named Richard (who was

on the builder's of that building, Richard also worked there as a harness maker) at that point I was intrigued, so I looked up a picture of Richard.
In the picture there he was with the long-ish beard and a three button down vest, standing next to his wife. He was exactly who I saw sitting in that corner on the second floor where we were seated. Submitted by Yuya
Comment by Linda: I also saw the exact same gentleman. When I was out with my mom for dinner one evening. I asked her if she could see anyone at that table and discreetly pointed to it.. She said no. She asked me what was going on and I described the same gentleman you did to her but he was smiling at me. Being able to see the dead and death coming to those since my mom can remember it doesn't shock any of my family any more but on this night my mom's reaction was weird. She very angrily said back ''I am so fed up with people seeking out ghosts'' and continued to eat her dinner. My mom was not an angry person and if she raised her voice she was really mad so for her to respond like this there was something negative in that room that I couldn't even see because on the way back to her house I asked her if she remembered our conversation she remembered everything up to the gentleman spirit.
But she remember for a couple of minutes being severely angry with the whole world and felt completely negative. Then she remembered our entire conversation for the evening. The gentleman spirit causes no harm at that location however something negative dwells there to and it's sneaky cause it attacked the non knowing when I was sitting right there distracted.
