After what seemed like a minute we ran back next door to where we lived and told our dad. He was in denial but finally came out to look. By then... it was gone. I was about 13 years old believed ever since.

I used to go to school at Chemawa Indian School which is located in the Salem/Keizer area on Chemawa Rd. My sophomore and junior years there have been sightings and experiences of ghosts and even evil spirits. They were mainly in the girls' hallways. Staff has seen on camera a black figure walking down the hall. When they looked out the office nothing was there. This incident even caused the staff to quit (maybe she retired; I'm not sure). There are a total of 8 different halls or dorms. The living rooms are halfway down the halls. The new dorm is completely different from the old dorms. Some girls have said that they were walking down their hall to get something during lunch. As they passed the living room to get to their room and on their way back the TV in the living room was on, and they were terrified. Another incident involved some students playing with a Ouija board, and after that there have been numerous incidents from black shadows to voices being heard. Students being so scared they didn't want to stay in the room anymore.

This next incident(s) involves the old dorms when my friends and I first attended Chemawa our freshman year. My friend told me that one night he couldn't sleep, and he heard noises outside the big bay window that were in our rooms. He looked outside, and he saw this huge 10-foot being walk around the corner of the dorm carrying what appeared to be a club of some sort. Another experience was when my good friend's brother was staying on the basement floor in Dorm 1. He was the only one staying in that room and the connecting room. He pretty much had that side of the floor to himself. Whenever I went to go hang out with him I always had this eerie feeling down there, and I got chills down my spine looking out his bay window. There are countless stories and experiences regarding Chemawa. It would be cool if people would share them on here because I never experienced any personally.

I lived in a house on Gregory Ln. It's a little house. 3 bedroom and 1 1/2 bath. Some things that I experienced was banging on the door, tapping on the shoulder, light bulbs exploding, lights turning on and off.
