that area at one time years ago. Not sure how a person would find out. Every time I go back to Toledo I drive down River Road and stop, just to see if it might reappear. To this day we have never seen it again.

I have lived in my apartment for just over a year now and hear a baby crying almost every night and a child running up and down the hallway. There are no children that live on my floor and no babies in my neighborhood. It doesn't freak me out really, it just makes me mildly uneasy.
