I saw; he turned right around to check and see if he was ok.
When we got the place where I had seen him he was gone, which had made us think that guy in the car was not crazy or high. Then we really got the feeling that we were not wanted there, so we turned around and got the hell out of there. It was really spooky and I had never seen a thing like it. Well that is my story.

Not too far from Vernonia is a tiny former logging community known as Timber with about 130 residents. I lived there for two years. There is a house there that was a tavern for many years. There were also many years that there were a lot of nefarious activity in Timber, including murders.
