I heard a man with same description lived at Dom and committed suicide by running into traffic on his bike. Don't know if this true or not but I'm going to look it up. It's between Antelope Rd and 62. I knew nothing of her story and she not mine, I didn't say anything until after she did. If anyone else has seen him please post.

Comment by Julia: I am so shocked because I have also seen this ghost about 20 years ago on the exact road. I actually never told anyone for many years. My sighting was in the summer when the sun had not been down long, and it was lightly raining. I remember the plaid shirt man on bike just riding on the side of the road. The bike had a basket on it. I believe on either side towards back. I saw him, but a second after I thought about it and realized I could actually see through him. As I looked back he was gone totally.
Your story is so similar to mine. It happened on exact same road in exact spot on the road. I didn't hit him or think I did. I remember him glancing at me but don't remember anything scary. I have heard the same story about a man from the Dom dying out there also but haven't looked it up, but I am going to now.
More people have had to see him over the years. I might actually try to go out there and see if he appears, but I believe it has to be the proper weather with the slight rain and obviously dark out. I think it has to be right after sun goes down. Maybe he died at that time of day or something. Scary though!!.

Me and Kaylah go up to the middle school in Eagle Point Oregon at night to walk our dogs after the sun goes down, this gets creepy. We hear noises, we hear growling and the roof creaking, our dogs refuse to go in certain areas and they always look in a certain spot where they refuse to go. As of yesterday I saw a black figure over behind the hill. After we heard the growling it really freaks me and my friend out.
