In Wolf Creek Oregon there has been a lot of sightings of ''the dead'' or of ''vampires'' and a bunch of other unexplained things. Maybe it's on a hellmouth, they have not been spotted in years.

I'm a Medford resident and I used to spend at least 10 to 12 hours in Wolf Creek every Sunday for almost a year and I had a few experiences. I participated in military simulation airsoft and on occasion we would host a night game.
On one of these night games I was taking cover behind an old cabin about 3 miles west into Wolf Creek. I heard cracking behind me like someone was walking up behind me and stepping on sticks. I turned and no one was there.
I flashed my light behind me and saw nothing. So I sat back and listened for more sounds. After a few minutes I heard the sound of footsteps coming towards me again closer this time. Again I flashed my light still nothing was there.
