My name is Tracy. My family moved into the Lewis Gratz house when I was about four years old in 1968. This house was a large four-bedroom, two-story structure with a balcony and sizable attic. It was absolutely beautiful with full of crown moldings and decorative fixtures (hinges doorknobs with skeleton keys) with an indoor well that was covered by flooring in the enclosed back porch. interrupted by the sudden blaring of the radio in the kitchen turning on by itself. My dad being a military man would not even allow us to say the word

ghost, much less, listen to what we were experiencing. We had items going missing or broken, faucets turning on by itself, and the ghost of a man that would visit my oldest and younger brothers, events that would get us into trouble. We dealt with this just fine.
A year later dad left mom, and she went to work at the Why Not up the street. Then activity got worse. On a regular basis, a big black cloudy looking thing would chase us out of the
