I lived in the hotel building for only 2 months and had more than a handful of encounters. The boiler room has a corner that is a portal to hell (as said on the EVP video) and I have seen a figure move in the room once.
I've been followed down the stairs by a transparent figure and as I turned to get a better look it disappeared. You can hear footsteps across the second floor and doors seem to open randomly including a door that I wedged shut and would

take a decent amount of effort to open.
It was a challenge living that building, the spirits there will either mess with you or scare you to a point
|
of just leaving, and I am not easily shaken when it comes to the whole paranormal situation.
If you're looking for a hotspot this building is a must see. If you go into the basement make sure to bring some equipment such as a shotgun mic to pick up quiet noises. If you go into the boiler room expect to see a figure traveling the walls during the day.
