You might think that this is all a big tale but it is the truth. I have seen and been around the spirit world in Anacortes and LaConner on 20th Street just down from the high school. I was met face to no face by a person walking a dog, this person was dressed in a long black coat and had a hood. As I walked by under the street light the person disappeared. In LaConner I sat on the dock on the Swinomish Channel and had a conversation for around 20 minutes

with a very nice man. I turned my head to wave at my cousin coming in from Crabbing and when I looked to my right side to ask the man a question he vanished.

This same man was at the local tavern and was mingling with the regulars but soon vanished in thin air. Later that week we learned of a tragic accident on the road just out of town, the car had gone into a ditch and was not spotted for 2 days. The man that died in the car was the man we all met in town, he was from Texas.
