Omg. I can't believe this is the first ghost sighting reported here. I moved here with my family in 2011. There was a bat living in the house that it took us 3 days to get rid of. That can be explained by abandonment of the property though. We were newly renting. Along with garbage bags full of trash in the house awaiting us to amend everything. Once that was rid of we noticed 3 perfectly dug empty graves 6 x 6 x 3 feet in our backyard. It was perfectly

rectangular, 3 of them.
I had 2 small kids and had to keep them away from these plots. I was seriously concerned myself. We were told by locals

that it was due to soil testing, which I think was a worst lie I ever heard. Who needs 108 (x3) feet of soil to test in the same area? To see if that area can grow crops? They were perfectly dug graves. If you ask me, they were perfectly rectangular casket shaped. I never got a serious answer.
Everyone was so secretive. Within the first few nights spent there my father-in-law was pushed by an unknown force in the backyard. He turned around to fight,
