Comment by Jude: Anytime your near water it's like a hallway or a freeway for spirits good and bad. Many things will be happening sooner then later it's time to pay attention to the things you weren't sure could be real or scared of.

I was in Arlington Washington one day playing at haller Park north side of this historic town I believe I saw that of a child spirit apparition on the old Centennial trail railroad above she looked 7 years old! Long brown hair and white night gown dress.
