My mom grew up in Brewster. My aunt lived right across the street from the hospital. As a child visiting her house I was incredibly afraid of the basement. was still there, he had been staying in that room. When I peeked in the chair was rocking and the TV was on.The rocking chair was sitting directly in front of the TV. At first I thought my cousin had just gotten out of the chair and gone to the bathroom, but something caught my eye and I kept looking.The chair's rocking maintained a regular motion, it was not dissipating. I realized I was seeing an otherworldly occurrence. I did not see any kind of ghost
