Me and my husband moved into a duplex on Dallas Street. It was right away when we started hearing the cabinets opening. We could hear walking around upstairs in the middle of the night. My oven turns on at high, and things go missing. We have also seen a little girl and several orbs.

When I was eight I lived in an old ranch house up by the Washougal High School. One night I was sleeping, and I woke up to the sound of my door opening. As I looked over to see who it was, I saw a little girl in a plaid dress walking towards me with her head cocked and a little doll in her hand. She said ''why did you leave? I was so lonely?'' I got up and ran straight through her. I continued seeing her every night for a month. Then one night she disappeared. She was gone for about 2 weeks. Then one night I walked into my room and saw her sitting on my bed saying ''I have been waiting for you.'' My mom walked into the room, she as well saw the little girl. We moved three weeks after that and never saw the little girl again.

My house was built in 1920 and renovated in 1950. My parents bought the house in 1984 from a man who lived there for 20 years. He came back periodically throughout the years until he passed away. Each time he asked if anything has happened lately. At this time, I was young, and never thought anything of it. But now that I have experienced paranormal events in this house, I know what he meant.
My parents weren't people that condoned religion, they often heard knocks on the doors and walls. But when they made the step to become Christians, they had invited their friends who were in the church to watch a movie. In my house, they had a T. V against the far wall, and couches in front of it. A door leading to the basement was adjacent to where the T. V was. Half way through watching the movie, the basement door swung open to it's extent, and slammed shut. The next day, they got their pastor to come and exorcise the house. He said he didn't like the feeling of this house. To this day we have a cross in the door way to ward off spirits.
