We were in in the Carnation Cemetery one Friday night. At about 12:30 am we pulled out her cell phone along with an EVP recorder and asked a few questions. To our surprise after our session we played back both devices we only got a response on the phone recorder and not the EVP device! We got an class A EVP One being a man saying ''saying no'' and the other of a young child we believe saying ''help me.'' It still gets to rachell because it happened around

her and on her phone, but I got nothing on the EVP device, and I was standing next to her!.

I have worked in and around Carnation, WA for several years and heard various tales from people claiming there is a mysterious ghost dog wandering State Route 203 (S/R 203) at night. Some claim the dog's name is ''Blue'' and once belonged to an old man. One night, ''Blue'' wandered off and got lost. The story goes that ''Old Blue'' continues to wander the area looking for a way home.
Prior to this morning, I have never seen ''Old Blue'' and thought the stories were just figments of over active imaginations. I have never been one to believe in ghosts and never claimed to have seen one before now.
At about 2:20 AM on 5/10/13, I was traveling northbound on S/R 203 leaving Carnation. Prior to exiting the City Limits, there is a slight bend in the roadway in front of the local Elementary School (Right before the Carnation Cemetery). I approached the bend and caught a glimpse of something black exiting Bagwell Street and coming onto S/R 203. I immediately thought the thing was a large black dog (About the size and shape of a large hound). I did not see the face of the animal, but it moved like a dog across S/R 203. As it crossed in front of my head lamps, I was unable to distinguish fur but I could clearly see four legs and a body. The animal appeared to be more like a shadow then a living thing.
