It was not running, but still moved at a quick pace. I stepped on my brakes to avoid coming into contact with it. It went directly towards a dumpster located in the northwest corner of the school parking lot under a street light. As the thing got in front of the dumpster (Which is located next to the cemetery fence), it just vanished without a trace. I thought that maybe it had ran behind the dumpster instead, so I slowed down to have a look. As I

looked behind the dumpster, I could see no sign of the animal.
I was not sure that what I saw was real and thought my eyes may have played a trick

on me. At the time of the incident, I was not thinking about ghosts and was not under the influence of anything. I continued north on S/R 203 towards Duvall and told myself it was only a shadow.
Once I reached my destination, I was certain I saw something and thought it important enough to share. As I write this letter, I can still feel the chills from seeing ''Old Blue'' as he wandered the night. .
