Comment by Terra: My mom told me about this ghost dog she too had a sighting and told me a story. Years later Tom (a family friend), my 10-year-old son, and I lived in the second oldest place in Carnation. I believe it was the old train station if you're heading to Duvall.
My son had laid down for bed, and I was up late on the computer. I kept hearing my son grunting, huffing, and puffing about something, so I stopped what I was doing and called out to my son and said ''hey D what's wrong? Why aren't you asleep and why are you moaning and groaning?'' He said ''Mom, that stupid dog won't stop barking, and I can't sleep!'' I didn't even remember I said I don't hear a dog. He said ''you don't hear that dog barking?'' All the sudden it clicked, and I remembered my mom's story.
I went straight to bed. I was freaked out. My mom said the same story. She said she just opened the door to let him out, and it stopped for her. We knew this dog, but it's still unnerving.

Another story is that my mum's friend's son was laying in bed and he woke up and saw a green light that had a face in it that looked like his pop that had recently passed away. He yelled out to his mum and dad and he went and slept in there bed with them.
They were all lying there when suddenly they heard a door open and footsteps going down the stairs. It happened 3 nights in a row and there was nobody else awake so what else could it be except a ghost.
