My dad lived in Davenport on Hawk Creek Ranch Road, my family experienced many different things. Doors opening up and closing. House smells like fresh baked bread but the oven was cold. And you can her a can being kicked but no can and no one to kick it.
Someone walking up and down the stairs, and the first room up the stairs has heavy air and shadows walking by the door. A girl running around the property in a white night gown.

I grew up in Davenport my entire life. The house I grew up in was one of the first built in the area. It is over 100 years old. On many occasions, when I was alone in the house, I would witness doors opening and closing by themselves, the sound of footsteps in my room when I was downstairs, and terrible nightmares when I would sleep in my room.
When I graduated High School and moved out of the house (I live in Texas now) my younger sister moved into my old room as it has more space. She has been reporting the same phenomena I experienced since the first night she stayed in that room.
I am convinced Davenport has a strong supernatural presence, but I still call it home and miss it greatly.
