My children refuse to sleep downstairs because of seeing this being in the middle of the night... With complains of being kept up all night by it and it scaring them so much they would not be anywhere close to any place they would be.

I lived at sumit village apt. For 10 years. Not only myself but people that woulf comr over woulf hear footsteps see shadows or things would move on there own. Even my grown children didn't like staying at my place forvery long.
