Occasionally while covering the streets of Elma on foot upon dreary nights it should be noted that many strange and inexplicable occurrences may render one in a state of shock. Peculiar lights or sounds or possibly shambling ghouls may be encountered.
Though these possibly could simply be meth addicts and their laboratories. There are also tales that tell of trolls that seek shelter underneath either of the duel viaducts. Who travel onto the streets to tell riddles or attempt to loot pedestrians for heroin money.

My backyard is haunted and every time I swim in my pool something pulls me under and pushes me and I almost died. True story.
