I work at the Fairchild Inn at Fairchild AFB and was working the 3 p.m. to midnight shift by myself. I went to go shred some papers in our key room that only the people behind the desk have access to, and I saw a man in there. It freaked me out because I was alone by this point, and no one can get into the room without me knowing.
I blinked, and all of a sudden he disappeared. It freaked me out, and I immediately called my boyfriend weirded out.

I know sometime in the 1900s there was a mass shooting on the base where 4 people died because the man was angry that he was discharged due to his mental

health. He was later shot on scene which could be something to do with it, but I don't know honestly.

There's a house about a mile north of hwy 2 on Dover Rd. In Airway Heights, WA. It's the only house on the right side of the road and it's been abandoned for years (locals say since 1945. ) it sets back from the road quite a bit, but it is still very noticable.
You could tell that at one time it must have looked like a mansion, with nothing but fields for miles and miles. Local kids go to the house often, with numerous stories about what happened there and why it's abandoned.
