My sister lived in an apartment building in Hoquiam over by the library. I went to visit some years ago and saw a crippled Indian girl sitting on the bottom steps with braces on her legs. My bf was with me at the time and did not see her. She looked maybe 8 years old.

Comment by Beliver: This sound like a nasty ghost I think the Atlantic Paranormal Society: or taps can help if your still having problems try looking up the history or see if any former owners of where you lived where into black magic someone might have let some kind of nasty spirit loose.
