At my house a year ago I saw a black figure in my room around 5:00 am. My brother and father were asleep and their heights were different than the figures. The figure just stood there motionless. No legs were seen on it. I've seen the figure in my room twice, and, both times it just faded out of existence. My grandparents built my house, so no deaths have ever occurred here, so there seems to be no reason for these occurrences.

There's a house on Elm St. that had weird happenings, like we felt we were being watched. The microwave would beep erratically, my cats would stare at the walls with hair on end howling. My kids would fight upstairs when the door was shut and unexplained scratching a on the walls, crazy stuff.
When I mentioned this to an old-timer in town I was told a man named David used to live there but he died when he walked into the Columbia River never to be seen again... Oh and my kids would find so much glass buried out back we filled a 5 gallon bucket...
