Has anyone else seen a figure in Columbia Park that comes out of nowhere at night? My husband saw a grey black thing in the middle of it tonight.

For the past 2 months in the evening on the full moon we have seen a white woman walking very quickly down Windigi PRSE Kennewick.

I live on W. Hood Avenue. I have had plenty of unexplained things going on here, and we have witness. After we moved in a week maybe two went by, about 2:00 am I was woken by the sound of gushing water. Our bedroom is in the basement. The laundry room is also there. I jumped up and ran to the laundry room to find the water coming from the washer hose. My husband got up and turned the faucet off to the hose. We looked in the washer, and it was totally dry. I hadn't done any wash for a week.
