A few months later our neighbors told us that a lot of homes in the area had similar stories and so we knew it wasn't just us experiencing ghosts. A few months later we moved out the strange noised never stopped while we were there.

I was at my friend's house and she was telling me about how a 15 year old boy was locked in a room in the basement and tortured and he eventually starved to death when they had abandoned the home. She also told me his name was teddy and that he would always open cabinets and how he didn't like her male friends or black candles.
She took a black candle into the basement and set it down and he picked it up and threw it at the wall. He also slammed the screen door in her male friend's face while he was trying to walk inside.
I've also ended up with scratches after we left the basement while we smoked a cigarette. I've witnessed the black candle issue and we wanted to test the cabinet to make sure no one was opening the cabinets like her little sister or someone.
