This actually happened on JBLM (army side Fort Lewis) in Davis Hill community in Arizona Avenue. I’m no stranger to “hauntings” as I’ve had unexplainable things happen since I was young in various houses. However, this home was one of the creepier ones. We lived there about two years and always had strange noises. Things would go missing then reappearing.
We would often hear our phones going off so much so that our then 2.5 year old would be asking

if Nana was calling. Very often my spouse and myself would hear the other calling only to find no one said anything. The end of our hallway headed to

the bedrooms was scary. You would find yourself making sure not to look down it for fear of seeing something. Knowing you were being watched as you walked by.
I was in our master bathroom and saw the tip of a boot come into the door frame as if my husband had come home from work. He hadn’t, and no one else was inside. My husband is NOT the scared type. He woke me up at 4 a.m. almost in tears because while he played video games in our living room
