My family and I lived in Lind, WA for about two years, roughly around 1982-1983. We lived in the old Phillips farm house on the outskirts of the town, below the airport, which we rented from the family.

The place is definitely haunted. Both my mother and stepfather had seen the ghosts of the former residents in the kitchen area, where they appeared to be going about their business as if nobody was there.

After some asking around, it became apparent the ghosts matched the description of the parents of the landlord, and the dress the ghost woman wore was confirmed to be the type of dress that the landlord's mother was buried in.
Things began to go missing throughout the time we lived there, and the last few days before leaving the house (and Lind) , my stepfather went into the attic, and noticed in a far corner these missing items left on the attic floor.
Nobody ever went into this attic, so of course we found this occurrence pretty strange. My own personal experience, aside from the fact that the place would give me the creeps, was one time I was in bed trying to nod off to sleep.
