A friend and I checked in to a hotel, and his dog started growling at the window. It looked like someone was breathing on the outside of one window. I took a few photos and 3 videos of this weird white moving cloud. Zooming in, it appears like a woman in her early 20s is walking by peering in. With flash it looked like an older man. Oceanbeach Boulevard, room went from way too warm to very cold.
