Once when I was young I was attending a wedding reception at the Rutherglen Mansion bored out of my mind. I decided to go exploring around the mansion just for the fun of it. As I went up to the second floor, I smelled the smell of death. Being a explorer at heart, (thank you Scooby Doo) I decided to find where the smell was coming from. I followed the smell into one of the rooms straight to a closet. When I opened the closet I found the smell to

be overwhelming and a huge old blood stain was on the closet floor. I went downstairs to inform the employees of the mess and was replied to with a chuckle

and told to go look again. I got back to the room to find no smell whatsoever, nor a blood stain on the closet floor. No window was open to clear out the room. To this day I can't explain where the smell or stain went. So much for being bored. That was the coolest experience!.
