This actually takes place near vernita bridge rest area. About a mile or 2 to the south on hey 24 and many people have died on that corner. I've seen a figure that is about 7 feet tall all black and glowing red eyes and it was standing 5 feet off the road.
That area seemed to creep me out to the point on not stopping. There and to this day I won't stop there at night.
