The old abandoned Feltis Mercantile building on Market and 3rd is well known to be haunted. It's easy to tell, just go up to the building when it's really quiet and press your ear against the wall and you'll hear sounds of people moving around inside.
To hear better you can put a glass against one of the windows or even a stethoscope if you have one of those, if not you can get a cheap one at the drug store for ten bucks, it's a good tool to have for

ghost hunting anyway.
But yeah, if you want to try out ghost hunting and ghost detecting this is a great building to check out and then later you can

go on to more challenging places. At Feltis Mercantile you don't really have to do any hunting, they're just there without having to look hard.
