While walking with my dog on S Fea Avenue one night in the fall of 2013 I saw what I believe was a ghost. At night the area which I live in has always been eerie. That night my dog didn't want to move further once we reached right before we got to 4th Street.
All the sudden I felt this cold chill behind me. It went right through me and made me feel like I wasn't safe there. Then I heard a whisper saying ''leave now. '' my dog started pulling away,

and I almost lost my grip of her leash, and she was a small dog.
I hurried away. When I looked back I could see a black mist twirling upwards. Then

my dog started barking loud. It was so loud the neighbor came out to look at us. I heard from a fined afterwards that there was a murder around the area way back in the 80s.
I am not sure if it's true though, but what I saw that night was real I am sure.
