I lived at the apartments on top of swan town Rd for a while. One night I stayed up late catching up on laundry. I was coming upstairs from the wash building. It was my last load as it was about 2 am.
I looked down heard a voice (it could have been someone talking from within their apartment at least that's what I thought it was at the time... ) and was startled to see something moving quickly below me.

I gasped but what I thought was a small dog leaving an apartment to go potty was some kind of a black mist. It moved faster than I could perceive but I saw the trail of it slip in between a bush and the building across bark and into the darkness.

I got chills and ran upstairs immediately shouting I just saw a ghost! I don't know maybe it was the ghost of a dog going out for a pee or even a spirit leaving the downstairs neighbor's house.
All I know was that it was a black mist moving quickly from that apartment even though the door was closed! It scared me at the time but now I'm fascinated in paranormal activity!.
