I left her a note and started down the main hall to the back parking lot and as I walked I could hear footsteps behind me, I stop to see of it was my mom but when I looked there was no one there. I started walking again and again I could hear footsteps I turned again but this time the footsteps kept coming as I stood there whatever it was passed right by me.
As I stood there the sound of the footsteps passed right next to me and continued down

the hall towards the door that I was heading to. I started to follow the steps and when I rounded the corner to where the automatic door is for wheel

chair access, I saw the outline of what appeared to be a U.
S. Navy officer disappear through the glass door. It seems that portion of the college used to be a navy hospital years ago, I have been there a few other times at night and on another night I have heard the footsteps again but that time I did not see anything.
All in all it was very bizare.
