It was just a mass that moved in front of my car. It was hunched over and just glided passed. It was very unsettling.

Comment by Another Olallian: I saw it too when it was supper foggy out. It rushed in front of my car, and I could see its shape. This was no animal. Scared me so bad I actually started to slow down and cuss at it for almost causing me to crash. I saw it again tonight. No fog just black shadow moving in the dark. Creepy.

Bandix Road South East in Olalla has some shadow figures that wander up and down the road looking for something. I saw them once just after dark when out walking my dog. My dog growled and his hair stood up, and I saw two dark figures walk across the road. They were not people because they didn't reflect any light and looked like inky dark masses. One looked liked a tall man and the other like a woman in a black dress, but they didn't have any feet. There used to be a pioneer family cemetery at the end of the road, but the wooden head stones rotted away, and somebody built a body shop partially over the plot. Perhaps the figures are looking for their graves. The body shop is closed now. It turned into a house or something on private land.
