I live in an apartment in West Olympia and experience activity almost daily. Management says they've only been built for about 3 years, so I'm curious what the story behind it is. We recently moved to a different unit in the same apartments, but my first one was intense. We would see shadows, and our things would go missing.
Once I got home from work at around 4:30 and was texting while I was opening my front door. Since I was distracted I was

opening it very slowly and heard two female voices in my kitchen. I got scared, closed the door, and stood outside until I felt brave enough to walk in

and found nothing. Another time I was lying on my couch and felt fingers tapping the back of my head.
Out of all my blinds only one constantly moves like crazy as if there's wind pushing it, but it's only one of them, and it sits towards the middle. Once I was watching TV, and I decided to start recording because I would regularly hear heavy breathing in our master bedroom.
