To the inquirer about the ''witch house'' it's a low price rental that has for years now been inhabited by various punk kids. Lots of concerts have been held in the house and no one has noted any paranormal activity.
In regards to it's name, probably the only reason you think it's haunted, some tenants in the late 80's made a film for their class at Evergreen college that involved witches that was set in the house.
There are rumors of someone falling out the second story window and dying but no one I know of has proof of it. .
