I've actually known multiple people who have lived in the witch house and have spent a lot of time getting drunk in that house. I've heard many different first hand stories about the haunting in the witch house.
One of my bosses lived there in 94 and has lots of different stories. I believe it. The witch house can be spooky.

One night I was alone in my apartment when all of a sudden I heard a knocking at the door. When I went to see who it was there was no one there... So I thought that's a little strange but oh well probably just some kids messing with me.
But then my TV turned on for no reason and it got really cold in the house.... More strange things kept happening that I couldn't explain....
