My name is Meagan, and I live next door to an old white house on Long Lake, that nobody lives in except for like a month in the summer. I know that the house is haunted. Me and my friends have seen it in the woods many times, but last night was the worst. It was me and my friend Stacy, and we were home alone together. We were watching a movie when three loud knocks came on the door. I got up, and I opened the door to find absolutely nothing. This was creepy enough, but to make it all worse all the birds had stopped chirping, leaving an extremely eerie silence. I went back in and told Stacy about it, and we eventually shrugged it off.
About an hour later we heard three silent knocks on the window to the left of the couch. Both of our hearts stopped as we both got up and slowly walked over to the window. On the very edge of the woods, barely in the light of the porch light, was a man dressed in all black, holding a knife. When he looked up it only made things worse. His face was cut ear to ear, and his jaw was barely hanging on to his face. We slammed the door locked it and ran into the hallway and sat completely still. After about another hour of sitting, we heard another knock at the door. I yelled ''go away'' at the top of my lungs, and from the other side of the door a man said ''Kitsap County police!'' I ran to the door and swung it open. The officers were searching the woods at gunpoint and said the neighborhood opposite of the woods called the police reporting the man, and I told him everything. The police searched the woods and found nothing, and I'm convinced he is still out there.

Comment by Mason: Meagan, I have experienced some paranormal activity at long lake myself. My girlfriend and I were visiting family and friends in Port Orchard at the time. We were engaging in romance in my car while parked in that roundabout next to the park and lodge.
Suddenly we heard the screaming voice of a man approaching my car. We looked back and saw nothing. I got out and found nothing. Even when I asked if anybody was there nobody responded. I thoroughly searched around my car but still found nothing.

I was driving by a house one night at around 11:30 at night... I don't remember which road but I know it was close to Long Lake... I know I'm not crazy because me and my wife both saw it but there was a man standing on the side of the road holding a knife.
His mouth seemed slit open and his jaw hanging down from his face... We called the police and they arrived to find nothing. But I know what I saw.
