I can tell you that there is once place I lived that I know is haunted even to this day and it is the YWCA in Redmond. My family and I fell on hard times several years back, so we got into this place- it is a transitional housing place for low income families to help them get on their feet. There are 4 floors to this place and a lobby.
Let me start with my experience in the lobby. One night I was just getting home, was just before midnight and

the doors are glass so you can see into the lobby area just not access it, but you can access the side door that goes to your apartment. Okay so while

I was fumbling with my key I looked up to see the rocking chair in the lobby rocking, and it looked like the faint image of a little girl was sitting in it. It was only a brief moment but long enough to notice. Also keep in mind at this time there was a store called Linen's n Things and I worked there part time that was right down the street from the YWCA.
Well I add this part in because one day at work I saw what I think was the same little
