This lack of respect of the past perhaps did not sit well with the spirits. Removing an entire river may have also displaced the water spirits that dwelled there. To the south the train bridge which a few years ago was rebuilt to a concrete structure acts gate to protect

us or maybe keep in the restless spirits that habit this area. There has been some very peculiar graffiti on this bridge. As you drive by in your car, you may see what appears under the east end of the bridge to be a homeless man who loiters there. Or is it? Is this the incarnate of a spirit or just a man? Do you have the courage to speak to him to find out for yourself?
