by the river is why it's there also. They neighborhood in general has a weird feeling. This is 100% true, and it made me believe in spirits and other beings.

Everyone knows the famous cemetery we have here in the Renton highlands. But I have tested this theory I am about to share. NE 4th Street is haunted. From the apartments across the cemetery to the dark road that leads to the court house.
At 2:30 am bring your camera and walk the sidewalk of the cemetery. Walk that courthouse road. Walk in the cemetery itself if your brave enough and just keep snapping pictures. If you didn't believe or had a doubt before...
You will know now that there is something out there and the feeling on the sidewalk is unpleasant. My most common sighting was of a blurred figure near the Japanese garden. And it moves towards the south end of the cemetery.
