I remember when I was about 7 in 1974 I lived in a home with a fence that separated a house where I always saw kids play in the yard next door. And when I went to school and came home my plastic table and chairs I had in my back yard always seem to be in the neighbors yard so I always thought the kids took them over...
So I would get mad and jump the fence and bring them back to my yard. So it continued every day. I told my mom about the kids taking my stuff and she said no one lives there and had not for a long time...

My grandpa Jim bought a house owned by a man named old man Naudeet. Old man Naudeet died in the house, and before he died, he said he didn't want anyone in his house. Well, my grandpa Jim bought it, and after unloading just a few of his pieces of furniture, he couldn't unload anymore, the house made him weak.
There was a horrible smell every time you walked in, like embalming fluid. Grandpa Jim lost 30 lbs in 4 weeks. His wife, Sheri found him curled in a ball in the corner of the kitchen one night. Their brokers called at 8 pm one evening, and told them to go buy another house.
So they sold it. The next people to buy the house stayed in it for 3 weeks, couldn't sell it, and moved back for another two weeks, and it hasn't been inhabited since.
