Hello all. I had an experience working as a cook at the old Duke's 5th Avenue Theater when it was around in the mid 90s. The restaurant was located under the 5th Avenue Theater and was connected to it by a series of stairwells. Anyhow, the Duke's management had the bright idea of opening up for an after show desert/cocktail affair, and this entailed that a small staff be present, three of us. I drew the short straw with the kitchen staff and had to cover

the shift, so there I was alone in the kitchen, tasked with doing prep and whatnot with the down time. It was no big deal until I started getting the

feeling I wasn't alone. It was overwhelming.
Soon after that ''being watched'' feeling started occurring, I started to see shadows out of my peripheral vision. Needless to say, the kitchen was the last place I wanted to be. Although I managed to make it through the small desert rush, I still had a few task to finish before I could leave. That was cut short when the sheet pans on the speed rack in the walk-in cooler suddenly crashed down. I didn't see
