I had lived in Seattle's Rainier Valley / South Beacon hill since the 1980s and have encountered numerous creepy things in our house and in the neighborhood. I am convinced to this day that my house's basement is haunted as it would terrify me to be down there especially at night. I am talking about my experiences on this little block encompassed by S. Morgan Street Graham Street MLK Way and 32nd and 33rd Aves S. On the bottom of Graham Hill there was an abandoned house just before you hit the Buddhist temple right next to the McDonald's. I remember walking home one 4/20 in the early evening. I passed by that house and I got the feeling someone was watching me. I quickened my pace after my ear started buzzing and I felt someone tugging on my hair and clothing! I once saw an angel type spirit near the bottom of Graham on the other side by the freeway a few blocks past Comet Lodge Cemetery (another really active place w angry spirits and overturned graves.

The city officially classifies that forsaken place as a dog park! How rude! ). I once saw an 8 foot tall black shadow as I was walking home on 32nd Ave S and S Morgan St. It was very still and standing under the cedar tree on the property closest to the Chief Sealth Trail under the powerlines.
