Then she turned around and didn't see anybody. But then my mom said to the girl ghost and the man ghost to see the light and go away, then 3 weeks later we didn't see them anymore.

It wasn't in Snohomish Washington. It was in Spokane right out the out skirts of Deer Park. I was driving home, my boy friend in the passenger seat. Driving about 65-70 and I see a beautiful woman crossing the road, I practically slam on my brakes I would have hit her.

When I went through her I felt chills, looked back and she was gone. Her dress was so pretty. It drug on the ground, her hair was brown and very long. I felt no harm from her. Not sure if this is the same incident but it's the closest I've heard so far that sounds the same.

I live at Newberg crest on Newberg road. I am twelve years old. My neighbor and I were walking down the road to a friend's house. I noticed something moving in the bush and trees on an undeveloped lot.
We went to investigate, and saw a man's back. We know every man who lives at Newberg, and this was not anybody we knew. He carried a shovel with a crack running up the center, and was dressed in torn jeans, a flannel shirt, and a brown vest, lumberjack clothes.
