Doesn't anyone have an old picture of or any information about the Sumner insane asylum?.

I saw a ''Casper'' like thing float around my legs as I was going downstairs and ''it'' was seemingly play chasing someone up the stairs. Our house is only 20 years old but the land itself was likely farmland I would assume once housed a family or families nearby??? Was definitely childlike and not frightening I actually thought it was one of my dogs until I realized there was just a feeling and not a dog there...
Interestingly strangely cool. We live off of Valley and meade-mccumber. Any ideas here?.

I live in Bonney Lake in a one story house. When I was little I used to hear voices calling my name at night over and over. It lasted for a year and stopped. Nowadays my dog barks at random walls and rooms. He barks at my living room the most. Even when no one's there, he'll just bark and growl at it. Sometimes I feel like I'm being watched, but I don't know.

Comment by anonymous: Not sure, but I'm pretty sure it would take about 15 to 20 minutes to get to the marker for the massacre.
