Just wanted to say the picture of the dog is not a recent sighting. It was in 2006.

Has anyone known of a figure that is often seen by the water when driving by on Kindred Avenue. One day as my sister was driving and I was on the passenger side, I saw a man or what looked like a man jumping on the beach and waving as if he wanted our attention. I told my sister to slow down or pull over because someone might be needing our help. My sister pulled over, and we got out of the car. I took my sister down to about where I saw the man, but we didn't see anyone. It was about 17:00, so it wasn't dark yet. I don't remember exactly where on the beach, but it was not such a long beach. It was between 4th Street and North Street.
