It was on Steen Road at a turn out where I heard a ghost police car's siren. This was in 2007. My cousin and I were driving home after our work at around 1:30 am on Friday night. To get home we were supposed to make a left onto E. 4th Street.
That night my cousin said he wanted to check out the haunted ghost car at the end of Steen Road. He had heard from his friend that if you go there late at night, you could see a very fast police car swoosh by and

disappear. I was a skeptic and thought it wouldn't be interesting to see if the rumor was real.
We kept driving until we passed a small bridge crossing

the dry Saltese Creek. We pulled into the turn out and wait. We waited for about 5 minutes when we both heard a really loud siren. We did not see any vehicle though, just a really really loud siren. It was as if we parked right next to the police are itself. That was proof enough for me. .
